CCKAR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCKAR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,871 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCKAR-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEC13, CIAO2B, and CDT1. Each is linked with CCKAR in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCKAR-to-partner and partner-to-CCKAR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEC13 grouped by CCKAR-low versus CCKAR-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCKAR→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCKAR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
