CCKAR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCKAR RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 603 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCKAR-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA export from nucleus, Calcium ion transmembrane transport, and Ventricular cardiac muscle cell differentiation. Each is linked with CCKAR in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCKAR-to-partner and partner-to-CCKAR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA export from nucleus grouped by CCKAR-low versus CCKAR-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCKAR→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCKAR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
