Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCKAR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCKAR-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB4, NPHS2, and CSN2. Each is linked with CCKAR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCKAR-to-partner and partner-to-CCKAR results are reported.
