CCK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 129 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCK-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1328P, FAM236B, and RN7SL736P. Each is linked with CCK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCK-to-partner and partner-to-CCK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCK→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
