The most reproducible CCHCR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP163, DEFB105A, and RPS7P13. Each is linked with CCHCR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCHCR1-to-partner and partner-to-CCHCR1 results are reported.
