Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCER1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CCER1 data layer compared with 9 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher CCER1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCER1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and STAD show a favorable association.

LUSC, UCEC, and COAD are the cancer types where CCER1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
