Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCDC88B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,726 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC88B-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC3C, WARS2, and C16orf92. Each is linked with CCDC88B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC88B-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC88B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRRC3C grouped by CCDC88B-low versus CCDC88B-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC88B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC88B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
