CCDC86

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC86 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC86-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, ACVRL1, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with CCDC86 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC86-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC86 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by CCDC86-low versus CCDC86-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC86→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC86) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
