The most reproducible CCDC85A-associated genes across cancer lineages are HER3_pY1289, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, and Notch1. Each is linked with CCDC85A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC85A-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC85A results are reported.
