The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher CCDC83 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC83 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC show a favorable association.
UCEC, CHOL, and LUSC are the cancer types where CCDC83 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
