Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC82 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,144 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC82-associated genes across cancer lineages are HNRNPMP1, TRGV11, and TRAJ12. Each is linked with CCDC82 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC82-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC82 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HNRNPMP1 grouped by CCDC82-low versus CCDC82-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC82→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC82) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
