CCDC81

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC81 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,774 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC81-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7-2, MIR6796, and AQP7P4. Each is linked with CCDC81 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC81-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC81 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7-2 grouped by CCDC81-low versus CCDC81-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC81→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC81) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
