CCDC80

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC80 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,411 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC80-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATAD3A, PGAM5, and EIF3I. Each is linked with CCDC80 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC80-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC80 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATAD3A grouped by CCDC80-low versus CCDC80-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC80→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC80) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
