CCDC8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC8-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, mTOR_pS2448, and PEA-15_pS116. Each is linked with CCDC8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC8-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by CCDC8-low versus CCDC8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC8→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
