The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher CCDC68 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC68 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, BRCA, and LUAD are the cancer types where CCDC68 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
