Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC63 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,982 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC63-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of post-translational protein modification, Positive regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, and Mitochondrial gene expression. Each is linked with CCDC63 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC63-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC63 results are reported.
