Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCDC63 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CCDC63 data layer compared with 9 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher CCDC63 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC63 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and LIHC show a favorable association.
BLCA, KIRC, and UCS are the cancer types where CCDC63 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
