Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC63 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,111 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC63-associated genes across cancer lineages are BRAP, RPA2, and SLX4. Each is linked with CCDC63 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC63-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC63 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BRAP grouped by CCDC63-low versus CCDC63-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC63→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC63) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
