CCDC63

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCDC63 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,713 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC63-associated genes across cancer lineages are LIG1, CDH9, and NRXN2. Each is linked with CCDC63 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC63-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC63 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LIG1 grouped by CCDC63-low versus CCDC63-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC63→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC63) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
