Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCDC62 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CCDC62 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher CCDC62 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC62 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
UCEC, STAD, and HNSC are the cancer types where CCDC62 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
