CCDC62

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC62 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,120 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC62-associated genes across cancer lineages are NR2C2, ZCCHC8, and DCAF16. Each is linked with CCDC62 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC62-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC62 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCDC62 versus NR2C2 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC62→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC62) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
