CCDC62

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC62 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,559 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC62-associated genes across cancer lineages are UHRF1, SLC25A4, and CLDND2. Each is linked with CCDC62 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC62-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC62 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UHRF1 grouped by CCDC62-low versus CCDC62-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC62→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC62) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
