Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCDC58P3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CCDC58P3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher CCDC58P3 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC58P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as THCA and LUSC show a favorable association.

THCA, COAD, and LIHC are the cancer types where CCDC58P3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
