CCDC50

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC50 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,350 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC50-associated genes across cancer lineages are VN1R93P, SULT6B1, and RNU6-97P. Each is linked with CCDC50 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC50-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC50 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VN1R93P grouped by CCDC50-low versus CCDC50-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC50→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC50) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
