Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCDC47 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CCDC47 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher CCDC47 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC47 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and UCEC show a favorable association.
DLBC, BLCA, and SKCM are the cancer types where CCDC47 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
