Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC47 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,077 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC47-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX42, TACO1, and COIL. Each is linked with CCDC47 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC47-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC47 results are reported.
