CCDC47

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC47 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC47-associated genes across cancer lineages are p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, C-Raf, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with CCDC47 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC47-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC47 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182 grouped by CCDC47-low versus CCDC47-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC47→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC47) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
