Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCDC47 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,195 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC47-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of beige fat cell differentiation, Multi-pass transmembrane protein insertion into ER membrane, and CAAX-box protein maturation. Each is linked with CCDC47 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC47-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC47 results are reported.
