CCDC43

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC43 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,707 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC43-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDC27, NUFIP2, and ZNF830. Each is linked with CCDC43 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC43-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC43 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCDC43 versus CDC27 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC43→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
