CCDC43

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC43 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,173 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC43-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNHIT3, CDC27, and TADA2A. Each is linked with CCDC43 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC43-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC43 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCDC43 versus ZNHIT3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC43→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
