CCDC43

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC43 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC43-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, Heregulin, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with CCDC43 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC43-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC43 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by CCDC43-low versus CCDC43-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC43→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
