CCDC40

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC40 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,762 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC40-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPY26P, COX5A, and FCER1A. Each is linked with CCDC40 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC40-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC40 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TSPY26P grouped by CCDC40-low versus CCDC40-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC40→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC40) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
