CCDC40

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCDC40 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 952 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC40-associated genes across cancer lineages are FABP12, NPHS2, and PFN3. Each is linked with CCDC40 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC40-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC40 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FABP12 grouped by CCDC40-low versus CCDC40-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC40→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC40) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
