CCDC39

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC39 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC39-associated genes across cancer lineages are XBP1, Cyclin-B1, and eIF4E. Each is linked with CCDC39 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC39-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC39 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, XBP1 grouped by CCDC39-low versus CCDC39-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC39→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC39) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
