The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher CCDC33 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC33 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and SKCM show a favorable association.
ESCA, SARC, and STAD are the cancer types where CCDC33 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
