CCDC33

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC33 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,494 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC33-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAPS, WDR19, and ZMYND10. Each is linked with CCDC33 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC33-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC33 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCDC33 versus CAPS in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC33→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
