CCDC33

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC33 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,465 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC33-associated genes across cancer lineages are CINP, NDUFC1, and MTFR1L. Each is linked with CCDC33 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC33-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC33 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CINP grouped by CCDC33-low versus CCDC33-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC33→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
