Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCDC33 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,923 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC33-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Paramesonephric duct development, Retinol transport, and Ductus arteriosus closure. Each is linked with CCDC33 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC33-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC33 results are reported.
