Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCDC33 protein abundance is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 833 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC33-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of Golgi localization, Negative regulation of fat cell differentiation, and Golgi vesicle budding. Each is linked with CCDC33 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC33-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC33 results are reported.
