Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCDC33 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC33-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6J1, RBMY1A1, and RBMY1E. Each is linked with CCDC33 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC33-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC33 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6J1 grouped by CCDC33-low versus CCDC33-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC33→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
