CCDC27

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC27 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,106 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC27-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGAM5, RAN, and RNU6-777P. Each is linked with CCDC27 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC27-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PGAM5 grouped by CCDC27-low versus CCDC27-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC27→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
