CCDC22

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC22 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,256 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC22-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR8B6P, RNU6-376P, and RNU2-71P. Each is linked with CCDC22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC22-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR8B6P grouped by CCDC22-low versus CCDC22-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC22→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
