CCDC200

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC200 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,809 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC200-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DAB2, ELMO2, and SNX2. Each is linked with CCDC200 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC200-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC200 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCDC200 versus DAB2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC200→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC200) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
