Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCDC200 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CCDC200 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher CCDC200 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC200 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and UCS show a favorable association.
UVM, HNSC, and LGG are the cancer types where CCDC200 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
