The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher CCDC197 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC197 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC and PAAD are the cancer types where CCDC197 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
