Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCDC190 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CCDC190 data layer compared with 2 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher CCDC190 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC190 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and LUSC show a favorable association.
MESO, LGG, and HNSC are the cancer types where CCDC190 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
