Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCDC190 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CCDC190 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher CCDC190 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC190 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SCLC and LUSC are the cancer types where CCDC190 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
