Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCDC186 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,706 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC186-associated genes across cancer lineages are CACUL1, OGA, and GOLGB1. Each is linked with CCDC186 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC186-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC186 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCDC186 versus CACUL1 in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC186→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC186) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
