Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC185 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,073 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC185-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maturation of SSU-rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), Regulation of dendritic spine development, and Microtubule polymerization. Each is linked with CCDC185 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC185-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC185 results are reported.
