Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC185 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC185-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, eEF2K, and eIF4G. Each is linked with CCDC185 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC185-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC185 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK_pT183_Y185 grouped by CCDC185-low versus CCDC185-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC185→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC185) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
